Dr. Sandeep Kumar (Sarvatma)

Dr. Sandeep Kumar (Sarvatma) is a Clinical Psychologist, Hypnotherapist, and Meditation Facilitator passionate about supporting people in their journey of emotional healing, self-discovery, and transformation.

Originally trained in clinical psychology and hypnotherapy, he later came in contact with Osho’s meditations, which deepened his understanding of the mind-body connection and the role of consciousness in healing. Since then, he has integrated modern psychotherapy with meditation, creating a unique approach that combines science with spirituality.

Based on this understanding and his own inner growth, Dr. Sandeep offers individually tailored sessions that help people release stress, anxiety, trauma, and limiting patterns of the past, allowing them to live with clarity, resilience, and joy. His work blends cognitive hypnotherapy, meditation, and holistic lifestyle practices to support lasting transformation.
